Our business model is exclusively B2B: we work only through education agents, never with individual students. This ensures our focus is on building strong, long-term partnerships and providing agents with the support, resources, and confidence to grow recruitment in their markets.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Director to lead and expand MLA’s international sales strategy. The successful candidate will oversee the global network of education agents, develop new markets, drive ambitious sales growth worldwide, and play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s future on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy focused on agent recruitment, retention, and revenue growth across multiple regions.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the regional sales managers and teams responsible for key territories.
  • Build, maintain, and expand MLA’s trusted network of education agents globally.
  • Provide agents and internal teams with clear, compelling programme details, pricing structures, and marketing resources to maximize enrolments.
  • Represent MLA at major international education conferences, trade fairs, and agent workshops worldwide.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key global agents, ensuring excellent service, responsiveness, and problem resolution.
  • Analyze global market trends, agent performance, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present global sales forecasts, reports, and strategic updates to the senior executive team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in residential summer junior education travel, ideally in a global capacity.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful B2B/agent sales networks across multiple international markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing diverse, cross-cultural teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive executive-level salary with attractive performance-based incentives.
  • The opportunity to lead and grow a well-established, trusted global junior programmes brand.
  • Significant professional growth and career development in an expanding international company.
  • A supportive, multicultural, and collaborative work environment.

Compensation Package
We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package tailored to the seniority of this role, including a base salary, performance-driven commissions linked directly to global student enrolments, and additional executive bonuses for surpassing targets. The package reflects the critical importance of the Global Sales Director in driving MLA’s worldwide growth and success.
